Abercorn Care Limited uses the CookSafe Food Safety Assurance System as it principle policy and guidance document for food safety. CookSafe is designed to assist in the understanding and implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) based system. By using the CookSafe manual and following the instructions all Abercorn Care Limited Chefs, in conjunction with their Catering Suppervisor and Manager, should be able to develop HACCP based procedures which will fit the needs of their individual kitchen and Home.
