So, what is the Learning Network and the NHS Education Scotland e-library? The network is administered by SCSWIS under the guidance of the Nurse Consultant, Susan Polding-Clyde, pictured on the left, whose role is to encourage care home staffs to work together and develop best practice. The 'Learning Network' is designed to provide a forum for care home workers to learn about best practice, keep up-to-date with developments and, perhaps more importantly, meet up to discuss ideas and experience:

There you will be able to easily connect to e-learning and informative sites. This includes the NHS 'Flying Start' for newly quailfied nurses and Abercorn Care Limited's 'Social Care TV' link to on-line training courses.
